You can attend maximum 2 classes. Exception: mixed pairs, which can be a 3rd class.
Start fee is kr 1500,- / €130 for the first attended class. 
For a second attended class the fee is kr 1000,- / €43
For mixed pairs the  fee for each person is kr 500,- / €22

Payment deadline and registration deadline is April 17th 2026


In invitation letters to countries other than Norway, CrossFitness is referred to as a hybrid of athletic fitness.

In this branch, you should not show your body, you should only perform 2 strength exercises and finish with a tough indoor obstacle course.

In all classes where there is a junior category, you are considered a junior until the age of 22. 

In bodybuilding, you can choose between 2 categories: classic and bodybuilding.

Classic:

junior open (until you turn 22 years old)

senior minus 180cm and plus 180cm

veteran open ( over 50 years ) and (over 60 year`s )

Bodybuilding:

junior open (until you turn 22 years old)

senior minus 80 kg

senior minus 90 kg

senior minus 100 kg

senior plus 100 kg

veteran open ( over 50 years old ) and ( over 60 year`s )

Athletic Fitness:

Round 1 symmetry with quarter turns, round 2 max repetitions on dips, round 3 obstacle course.

Crossfitness :

Round 1 max repetitions on deadlift for 1 minute (girls 80kg, boys 120kg), round 2 max repetitions on dips, round 3 obstacle course.

Crossfitness   is very suitable for those who are extremely fit, and in this category, one does not display the body.

The obstacle course has these elements:
20 jumps back and forth over a low hurdle, jump over two hurdles, one at about 63 cm and one at about 83 cm.
Then, one by one, 10 kg weight plates must be moved from one side of the stage to the other.
A total of 4 weight plates.
Next, you jump onto the stage and run to the next obstacle, which is 12 tires to be traversed; one foot must touch the center of each tire as quickly as possible. The next obstacle is a tunnel of about 6 meters that you must crawl through to get past.
Finally, all the weight plates must be placed back, one by one.
When all the weights are back in place, you have completed the entire obstacle course.
