Rules in the different categories :
In all classes where there are over 15 participants, there will be elimination rounds to reduce the number of participants in the other rounds. With the exception of crossfitness, where there will be separate rules.
Athletic fitness: Round 1 with presentation, symmetry and quarter turns, in round 1 no shoes allowed round 2 max repetitions on dips, round 3 final obstacle course.
As a competitor in athletic fitness, you should have good symmetry and harmony, you should look like a trained athlete without being overbuilt. You should have good muscle definition, but it is preferred that your definition looks healthy. You should have a good stage presence. Your overall package will show the judges how you place in the symmetry round.
In the men's category round 1, you are wearing black boxer In round 2 and 3 you wearing what is comfortable.
In women`s category round 1, you are wearing black bikini In round 2 and 3 you wearing what is comfortable.
Jewelry is not allowed in Athletic fitness
Crossfitness: is very suitable for those who are extremely fit.
Round 1 with presentation and max repetitions on deadlift for 1 minute (girls 70kg, boys 120kg), round 2 max repetitions on dips, round 3 final obstacle course.
This category is ideal for CrossFit and for people who train strength, and probably also for gymnasts. Here you simply need to be well-trained with good fitness combined with strength.

The participants will be repositioned if needed at the end for comparisons

In this category, you are wearing shorts of any color of your choice. From the knee up, your thigh must be visible a minimum of 10 cm and a maximum of 15 cm.

Then comparisons in the front position, two quarter turns to the right, then 4 steps straight ahead. The participants now stand with their backs to the judges. The participants then take two quarter turns to the right and face the judges. Then 4 steps back to the starting point. The participants will be repositioned if needed at the end for comparisons.
In bikini fitness, you should have good symmetry and harmony. You should have a good stage presence and move gracefully. Beyond this, it is preferable that you have a feminine appearance. You can choose optional colors for your bikini and are allowed to wear jewelry. The bikini should cover at least 1/3 of the glutes and at least 3/4 of the breasts.
You must wear fitness shoes. The heel can measure a maximum of 12 cm.

Classic: Round 1 with presentation and an optional pose, symmetry and quarter turns.Round 2 mandatory poses and comparisons: double biceps in front position, lats spread in front, best side chest and arm pose, double biceps from the back, lats spread from the back, best side triceps pose, abs and thighs, and finally vacuum pose.
Round one and round two follow consecutively on the stage. but they are scoring rounds in the judge's protocol as 2 counting rounds.
Round 3 final free posing after selected music 90 sec
The finalists will go on stage at the very end after free posing to perform a posedown.
