Rules in the different categories :
In all classes where there are over 15 participants, there will be elimination rounds to reduce the number of participants in the other rounds. With the exception of crossfitness, where there will be separate rules.
Athletic fitness: Round 1 with presentation, symmetry and quarter turns, round 2 max repetitions on dips, round 3 final obstacle course.
As a competitor in athletic fitness, you should have good symmetry; you should look like a trained athlete without being overbuilt. You should have good muscle definition, but it is preferred that your definition looks healthy. You should have a good stage presence. Your overall package will show the judges how you place in the symmetry round.
In the men's category round 1, you are wearing black boxer In round 2 and 3 you wearing what is comfortable.
In women`s category round 1, you are wearing black bikini In round 2 and 3 you wearing what is comfortable.
Crossfitness: is very suitable for those who are extremely fit.
Round 1 with presentation and max repetitions on deadlift for 1 minute (girls 70kg, boys 120kg), round 2 max repetitions on dips, round 3 final obstacle course.
This category is ideal for CrossFit and for people who train strength, and probably also for gymnasts. Here you simply need to be well-trained with good fitness combined with strength.

In this category, you are wearing shorts of any color of your choice. From the knee up, your thigh must be visible a minimum of 10 cm and a maximum of 15 cm.
